Built and rendered using the excellent LDraw free suite of tools, including MLCad, LDView and POV-Ray. Uses around 11500 parts, all standard LEGO parts, except for the water effect in the swimming pool and pond and the POV-Ray lights on the night images. Video contains a mix of LDView images and POV-Ray raytraced images, both regular and wide-angle. (I would have animated the whole thing in POV-Ray but the image processing times are too high and I'd still be working on it this time next year.) Video contains just over 2 minutes showing the house being built two bricks/objects at a time. These are LDView images and are built in the "auto-part-sorting" order of MLCad so occasionally you will see floating bricks that are supported by a subsequent brick. Then, 18 POV-Ray images of the house exterior, 16 POV-Ray images of the house interior, 2 LDView cross-section images of the house, and 11 LDView images of the house built in layers. Crap music by me too - I hate adding something to YouTube with no soundtrack whatsoever. The detached house includes a main living room, a leisure room, four bedrooms (2 en-suite), upper bathroom, upper storage room, loft, hallways, stairs, kitchen, dining room, lower lounge, office, spare room, lower toilet, lower storage room, double garage, three entrances, balcony, verandah, driveway, footpath, swimming pool with slide, and garden with trees, flowers, bushes, gazebo, pond, footbridge, lighting and perimeter wall.
